Features of product

SCI-nano Al₂O₃ is high-purification, no odor, white(or transparent) loose powder. According to crystal pattern, the product is mainly devided intoα-Al₂O₃ q and γ-Al₂O₃.With small grain size, it can be used to make nanocatalyst and carrier, artificial jewel, YGA laser crystal and the base plate of integrated circuit. When it is used in coating, the wearability can be greatly improved. For the reinforcement and plasticization of ceramics and rubber, it is better than the common aluminum oxide by several times. When it is used in luminescent material, the luminous intensity can be greatly improved.

1. Single crystals, red jewel, blue jewel, phosphor;
2. Ceramics with high reinforcement;
