CNG refueling stationon the basis of compressors of the
Italian manufacture is a new product of PREMIUM" segment. These
are the fully-automated stations. The center of these stations is
the compressor block in which the control panel is located also,
there is a variant with accommodation of unit of the gas-counter
and the gas-accumulator in one block. The given configuration
allows to reduce a place under accommodation CNG refueling station,
releases space in operation- room where the computer is located
only and minimizes capital expenses for construction.
Such advantages allow to speak, that full cost of construction
of station can be lower, than at use of cheaper equipment of other
manufacturers.
This type of compressors present advanced technical features
which grant optimum performances and maximum operational
flexibility.
To optimize system efficiency important
technological and design developments have been introduced; the
most noticeable are the following:
Reduced vibration levels:
Achieved through sophisticated production
technologies and internal components balancing, which avoids any
need
of external balancing system of the
machine.
Compressor/motor direct coupling (no need of
pulleys and belts):
Which leads not only to reduce the minimum
level of maintenance of the rotating equipment, but also to
maximize compressor thermodynamic
efficiency.
Oil / gas separation (non-lubricated compressor
cylinders):
Thanks to a double-seal system on piston rod the gas is
kept perfectly separated from luboil; this system, along with
absence of forced cylinder lubrication, grants the minimum possible
oil carryover in the distributed gas, with optimize performance of
the vehicle engine and maximum cleanliness of exhaust gas.
No need of blow-down system:
The compressor, thanks to valve lifters, can be directly
started with pressurized gas in the cylinders without any need of
by-pass, each stage has valve lifters. This solution can save space
for the installation and reducing the noise of the
compressor.

1. Preparatory manufacture.
1. Cutting a metal sheet thickness 0,5 - 20 mm on giliot
scissors.

autogenous (ASSH-70) cutting.
3. Sheet punching works with thickness of a metal sheet up
to 12 mm (the punched hole, cutting down, a piece, it is flexible)

4. Sheet bending works with bend length up to 2,5 m.
5. Rolling of sheets (flanks, drums), capacities from a
sheet up to 10 mm in length up to 2 m.
2. Welding manufacture:
1. Manufacture all-welded spatial designs in height up to 4
m, width up to 4 m, length up to 6 m.
2. Volumetric constructions of the big sizes from
prefabricated-welded elements..
3. The basic manufacture.
1. Manufacture of details by turning processing in diameter up
to 600 mm in length up to 6 m.
2. Manufacture of details by milling processing on universal
vertical and horizontal milling machine tools.
3. Performance of milling and boring works of large-sized
spatial designs on longitudinal - milling machine tools (length up
to 6 ) and horizontal - boring machine tools.
4. Manufacture of circular grinding works with
diameter of details up to 300 mm and length up to 1 m, flat
grinding works of details
with length up to 1 m, intragrinding works of fine
details.
5. The milling group of the equipment allows to make
cylindrical and conic cogwheels with the greatest module of 8 mm
and diameter 500 mm.
