CNC Wire Bending Machine

Wire bending machine is for the purpose of making complex wire bends that are hard to achieve with regular wire working machines. The wire bends are to be given to the machine computer software in DXF format from which the software will convert to the program to which the machine is made to run. The machine does not require extra tooling for changes in the wire bends. It is easy programmable and easy to modify the changes in the machine generated program.

The wire is fed to the machine through a series of wire straightener rollers and self driven feed rolls. The wire bending pins are made from high quality metal with hardened and ground for exceptional wear and tool life. Hydraulic cutting is provided for high tensile wire. The machine has exceptional accuracy and repeatibility. The machine is built with sealed, oversize bearings for low maintenance operation overtime.
